Dillon Louis Fellors, 32, was arrested by Paris Police on Tuesday in the 200 block of NW 24th on a warrant for theft under $2,500 with two or more prior convictions. The arrest followed an investigation that began on April 8, 2025, after Fellors was identified as the individual who stole an antique bicycle from the 1700 block of N. Main Street. On Apr. 15, Dillon Louis Fellors (32) was arrested in the 200 block of NW 24th on a warrant for Theft less than $2500.00 with 2 or more previous convictions. The arrest is the result of an investigation started on April 8, 2025 when Fellors was identified as the perpetrator of a theft of an antique bicycle from the 1700 block of N. Main.
