Paramount Names Dennis Cinelli as CFO
Dennis Cinelli succeeds interim CFO Andrew Warren and will oversee global finance; Andrew Campion joins the board with extensive executive experience at Nike and Disney.
- On January 15, 2026, Paramount Skydance named Dennis K. Cinelli its Chief Financial Officer, and he resigned his board seat to take the executive role, succeeding Andrew C. Warren.
- Most recently, Cinelli served as Chief Financial Officer of Scale AI and previously held senior finance roles at Uber and G.E. Ventures, guiding rapid revenue growth and fundraising including a Meta investment valuing Scale AI at nearly $30 billion.
- Cinelli signed a five-year employment agreement that sets his base pay at $2.625 million, a $1.125 million bonus target, plus a $500,000 signing bonus and relocation reimbursement.
- Paramount also announced Andrew Campion will join the board effective January 13, 2026, while Andrew C. Warren will step out of interim CFO to become a strategic adviser, the company said.
- The hire positions Paramount's finance team amid its campaign over Warner Bros. Discovery assets as David Ellison pushes a $30/share offer and Paramount cites stronger investor relations.
