GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — A paraglider had to be rescued Tuesday after crashing into the Red River. Grand Forks Fire Department was dispatched just before 9 P.M. to the area of the Riverside Dam boat ramp. Crews arrived to find the paraglider in the river and the operator to be uninjured.
