Japanese Woman Tourist Harassed On Holi In Delhi's Paharganj, Three Including A Minor Arrested

The Delhi Police on Saturday said that a total of three people, including a juvenile, have been held for allegedly harassing a Japanese women tourist in the national capital's Paharganj on Holi. The trio was held after a video went viral on social media showing a group of young men groping and even manhandling a young woman while playing Holi on March 8.
