Pa. parents cleared in death of infant daughter file false arrest suit

WILLIAMSPORT — The Northumberland County parents cleared of causing the death of their infant daughter have filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Shamokin and four of its police officers.Krystal Lee Semerod and Benjamin Gray, in a complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. Middle District Court, contend they were subjected to false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and defamation.
