A 54-year-old man who died after becoming trapped under the axle of an SUV in a crosswalk in Canoga Park was identified by county authorities Tuesday. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Warren Jaycox of Van Nuys. Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 11:37 a.m. Saturday to 6800 N.
