PERRSBURG — Owens Community College has announced its designation as a Voter Friendly Campus for 2025-26 by the Fair Election Center’s Campus Vote Project and NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. The designation recognizes Owens’ dedication to creating democratic engagement on campus.
