HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)-- Virginia State Police are investigating a tractor-trailer crash in Hampton Tuesday morning. According to state police, the tractor-trailer overturned in the westbound lanes of Interstate 64 near the Mercury Boulevard exit. HAMPTON — An overturned tractor-trailer is causing delays on Interstate 64 Tuesday morning. Virginia State Police is investigating the single-vehicle crash on I-64 westbound at the Mercury Boulevard exit, according to a release. Exit 263A is closed until the tractor-trailer can be removed.
