Lang 2/4/25 Overnight ramp closures have begun at Interstate 380 and Penn Street in North Liberty. As the Iowa Department of Transportation proceeds with work to widen I-380 between Penn Street and the Iowa River…as well as replace the Penn Street bridge…the ramps will need to be closed one at a time over the next several days.
