Over 2,000 without power in Mission due to fire

A fire has shut off power for over 2,000 residents in Mission on Friday (June 26). According to BC Hydro’s outage map, power has been off for 2,469 customers since approximately 7:11 a.m. A crew is on site with power expected to be back at 4:30 p.m. The outage impacts those south of Dalke Avenue, west of Stave Lake Street, east of Cedar Street, and north of 7th Avenue.
