Over $1M Embezzled From Repair Fund for Power Plant Destroyed by Russian Missiles
Trypillya TPP was completely destroyed in a hypersonic missile attack in early 2024. Authorities said a criminal scheme had misappropriated more than $1.16 million from funds intended for its repair.
