Over 1,300 pinwheels planted to represent child abuse and neglect cases in Trumbull County

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - Over a thousand pinwheels are now planted in front of Warren G. Harding High School and while they're pretty to look at, they're also raising awareness. Each pinwheel represents one child abuse or neglect case that happened within Trumbull County in 2024. The official count is 1,302.
