TROY, N.Y. — A total of $960,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds are going into Prospect Park. Work began a couple weeks ago on the playground and tennis courts. ARPA-funded projects have to show progress before the end of the year or the money could default back to the federal government.
