Ottawa gives CAE training for CF-35A

Ottawa had a subtle message to deliver to its southern neighbour on Wednesday morning, announcing the awarding of a $5 billion 37-year contract to CAE to train Royal Canadian Air Force pilots on the new CF-35A fighter aircraft, whose delivery Canada is scheduled to begin in 2026, according to the initial announcement of the acquisition.
