MILFORD — A 44-year-old Otego woman was arrested June 12 on an outstanding family court warrant and drug possession charge following a welfare check investigation. Christina L. Socci was found to have an active arrest warrant through Delaware County Family Court, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
