The book of life and struggle for Romanian identity in Transnistria, signed by Professor Ion Iovcev, who for nearly three decades was the director of the only Romanian-language high school in Tiraspol, "Lucian Blagas", was launched in Chisinau. The second edition of the volume "Ostatic in its own country", completed with memories, documents and photographs, appeared in the National Book Editing Program.
