MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Bluff City Fair organizers kicked off the first day of the fair at Liberty Park and are ensuring everyone has a safe and fun time. “I expect a good crowd this weekend, even though Saturday may have some rain, but we’re going to expect the best and prepare for the worst,” said Matt Snyder, Bluff City Fair safety director.
