Initiative Petition 28 moves toward the November Oregon ballot

SALEM – Initiative Petition 28 (IP28) organizers report they have received more than 100,000 signatures. The groups sponsoring the measure that would basically make hunting and ranching illegal in Oregon must have 117,173 verified signatures by July 2.
