Orange County prepares to vote on ESD 2 proposal

Early voting is currently ongoing in Orange County as citizens are voting on 17 state propositions and changes to Emergency Services District 2.  The proposal from the Orange County ESD 2 will decide whether a portion of the district’s current sales taxes can go towards the ESD to aid in funding.
