Paterson Street was reopened at approximately 8:25 p.m. following an investigation. OPP closed the street shortly after 4 p.m. on June 25.

OPP reports serious accident on Paterson Street in Almonte

The OPP reported this at about 4:30 pm on Wednesday afternoon: Lanark County OPP is investigating a serious collision on Paterson Street in Almonte. The road will be closed for several hours while police investigate, and detours will be in place at Morton Street and Tatra Street. Police are asking the public to avoid the area.
