[Opinion] OPINION. "European cooperation without the EU"

One of the strongest political forces in the history of the past centuries is centralization, where one center of power increasingly absorbs and annexes peripheral areas and increasingly takes over its powers.  The four clearest examples are France, Spain, Russia and Italy. Just look at a road map. You will see that ‘all roads lead to Rome’ or to Paris, Madrid or Moscow. The capital is like a spider in a web of roads… and a web of power. Or look…
