13-mile natural gas pipeline proposed in Frederick County

The Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage company is proposing to install about 13 miles of natural gas pipeline in Frederick County as part of a broader plan to increase its capacity and update infrastructure in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
