School Shooting · SissonvilleWest Virginia State Police have charged two teens for allegedly planning a school shooting at a West Virginia high school. 18-year-old Russell Kidd of Sissonville was arrested for allegedly making Terroristic Threats. Kidd was unable to make bond and is incarcerated at South Central Regional Jail.
