As several supervised consumption sites across Ontario transition into Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hubs, the permanent location for the one in Thunder Bay remains up in the air. Ontario Opens First Nine Homelessness And Addiction Recovery Treatment Hubs
ONTARIO-Starting today, nine drug injection sites located within 200 metres of a school or child-care centre have successfully transitioned into and opened as new Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hubs.
