Ontario miners union seeks tougher silica, diesel exposure limits

TORONTO – While the Ontario government is trying to sell the province as the most “ethical” place in the world to start a new mine, at least one mining workers union says the Ford government is not doing enough to protect miners’ health, or support those who become sick because of their work.
