- Facing a mandatory minimum of 20 years in federal prison, Sidhu awaits sentencing on July 9, following his January 2024 arrest and subsequent extradition to the United States.
- As the seventh defendant to plead guilty in the case, Sidhu joins other co-conspirators who received federal prison sentences ranging from more than two years to nine years.
