- Sidhu led the smuggling organization from September 2020 through February 2023, orchestrating eight separate shipments between September 13 and October 24, 2022, totaling 523 kilograms of methamphetamine and 347 kilograms of cocaine.
- To facilitate smuggling, the organization utilized long-haul semi-trucks for cross-border transport, while co-conspirators retrieved narcotics at locations within Canada using phone numbers and currency serial numbers as identification tokens.
- Facing a mandatory minimum of 20 years in federal prison, Sidhu awaits sentencing on July 9, following his January 2024 arrest and subsequent extradition to the United States.
- As the seventh defendant to plead guilty in the case, Sidhu joins other co-conspirators who received federal prison sentences ranging from more than two years to nine years.
