SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KRON) -- A victim disappeared in the ocean after jumping from a cliff near a surf spot, known as Steamer Lane, on the westside of Santa Cruz. A man is still missing after he and another man leapt into the ocean from West Cliff Drive Sunday afternoon. Santa Cruz Police said they got reports of the incident at 4:45pm at 701 West Cliff Drive.
