Police are searching for the driver in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man Monday morning in San Francisco's Bayview District, according to SFPD.

Police activity is recorded on Wednesday afternoon in San Francisco. The San Francisco Department of Emergency Management recommended that people avoid the Leavenworth Street area from Jefferson Street to Bay Street, from North Point Street from Hyde Street to Jones Street and from Columbus Avenue from Bay Street to Beach Street.
