One party has not reacted to the criminal convictions of candidates on its own website.

For example, the National Coalition Party's candidate pages still include a robber who threatened a Gigant salesperson with a gun. The parties have removed candidates from their pages who, according to Iltalehti's investigation, have a recent criminal conviction. The Finns Party has removed Janne Mikkonen, a candidate in Vantaa, from the party's candidate pages. Mikkonen has been convicted of attempted aggravated assault.
