LA PEACE, 30 Mar (NOMADA NEWS).- With 19 commissions began this Monday the transition work in the Municipal Autonomous Government of La Paz between the outgoing and incoming authorities. The mayor-elect, César Dockweiler, described that process as “historical” by stating that it is the first city that initiates that work and, he said, that it will be done under the premise that it is transparent, orderly and very well qualified.
