LA GRANDE – On Sunday, November 30, 2025, at around 10:40 a.m., 60-year-old Thomas Melvin Cornelius was arrested by the La Grande Police Department on a Union County Secret Indictment Warrant for original charges of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse 10x.
