BELLAIRE, Ohio (WTRF) - Residents are safe inside after an evacuation took place earlier this evening at a senior living center. Water was leaking onto the electrical panel at the Carnes Senior Apartments in Bellaire, causing a small fire to break out at 7pm. One woman at an assisted living facility in Eureka was injured in an apartment fire early Monday morning. Humboldt Bay Fire responded to a fifth floor fire alarm at 6:50 am at the Silvercrest Residence in Eureka.
