DOVER, Del. – A Dover woman is facing charges after police say she broke into an attorney’s office on June 8th. Police say a second suspect is still on the run. According to police, 38-year-old Kristinia Forestieri and 67-year-old Oscar Peterson forced their way into the Conaty Law Offices.
