At 12:54 a.m. on Feb. 10, officers saw a white Volkswagen GTI and a black BMW M340XI speeding southbound on Crescent Street. Both vehicles crashed moments later into the properties at 395/397 and 403 Crescent Street, causing damage to the property and a utility pole, police said.
