A man with a disability, who also suffers from tuberculosis, was detained despite his legal right to a deferment at one of the units of the Zakarpattia Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, reported Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.
After the intervention of the Ombudsman, a man with tuberculosis, who was detained in the TCC, was released, and an investigation by the SBI and the Specialized Prosecutor's Office was launched into the actions of the military and police.
