Ohio County Schools Superintendent Kim Miller named West Virginia State Superintendent of the Year

OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) - One local educator has received a major recognition. Ohio County Schools superintendent Dr. Kim Miller has been honored as the West Virginia State Superintendent of the Year. The award was given by the West Virginia Association of School Administrators (WVASA). We want to extend our congratulations to Dr. Miller on receiving this distinction.
