For the first time, the Administration will publish an audit of wages to reduce the gender gap.
The Council of Ministers approves the Fourth Plan for Gender Equality, which provides, among other measures, for the audit of the public salaries of Central Administration officials in order to eliminate wage gaps and monitor salaries at levels 28 and 30. Reconciliation will also be promoted, which will extend the intensive day for women with senior dependants and give them preference to choose holidays or moscosos. Read
