What happened to Outer Worlds base owners?
Players who owned the base game were hit by access problems for a promised free PS5 upgrade to Spacer’s Choice Edition. Obsidian apologized, said it couldn’t provide the original offer as expected, and promised to make amends after the confusion locked some players out of the upgrade.
