ST. CLOUD — The owner of Oberg Roofing & Remodeling has been arrested in Missouri on five felony theft charges. Caleb Joseph Oberg, 44, of Avon, is charged with five counts of theft by swindle in the Seventh Judicial District Court. He is accused of unlawfully obtaining money from customers for unfinished projects, according to a criminal complaint.
