Nyssa Police issue reminder on low visibility headlight law

NYSSA — As a reminder to motorists throughout Malheur County, the Nyssa Police Department has issued a statement on using your headlights in limited visibility situations, like dense fog. The area has experienced thick fog conditions over the past several days, and NDP are reminding folks that Oregon law requires you to use headlights when visibility is limited, such as in heavy snow, fog, rain, and at sunset and sunrise.
