NYPD: ‘Loud party’ allegedly leads to gun seizure on Staten Island; man, 18, arrested

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD touted the recovery of a gun and the arrest of an 18-year-old man connected to a noise complaint in Stapleton over the weekend.Police responded to a disorderly group at a “loud party” on Wave Street near Bay Street on Saturday around 11 p.m, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information and a post on the 120th Precinct X feed, formerly known as Twitter.
