NEW CITY, N.Y. (PIX11) — A Rockland County man has pleaded guilty in connection with a second murder plot to kill his wife, the district attorney's office announced Monday. Ira Bernstein, 51, was arrested in 2016 and pleaded guilty to conspiring to kill his wife and assault two insurance investigators.
