By Eugenia Jones {Editor} eugenia@highland.net Last week (March 23, 2023), two district court cases of local interest were bound over to the Grand Jury.  With the Honorable District Judge Fred White presiding over court, David Hoskins, attorney for Superintendent John Gunn, waived his client’s right to a preliminary hearing and requested Gunn’s case be sent on to the Grand Jury.  Gunn was charged with possession of a weapon on school property.  …
