NWS response to funnel was nothing 'out of the ordinary' says East Grand Forks official

EAST GRAND FORKS — What appeared to some to be a tornado near East Grand Forks on Tuesday instead was determined by the National Weather Service to be a cold air funnel, which isn’t technically a tornado.
