NVUSD Superintentent addresses possible Monday immigration protests

Napa Valley Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Rosanna Mucetti said Sunday that anyone participating in a possible regional immigration policy protest at American Canyon High School and elsewhere in the district on Monday would be given an excused absence if notified ahead of time. In a news release Sunday, Mucetti said the district is aware of the possible protests, but that schools will follow normal Monday schedules. “However, we want
