Number of doping tests in Dutch top sport continues to increase

The Doping Authority conducted 3,256 doping controls last year within the national control program, an increase of 5.1 percent compared to 2023 and well above the intended target of 3,000 controls. There were seven doping controls with a positive result in 2024, four more than a year earlier. This is stated in the annual report of the body that implements the anti-doping policy in the Netherlands.
