On Friday, August 21st, a team from the Hospices de Nuits-Saint-Georges estate harvested its first plots. The first snips of the pruning shears were made in the Chardonnay vineyard of the Premier Cru Les Terres Blanches, then in the Pinot Noir vines of the estate's monopole, in the Premier Cru Les Didiers.
