NSC is not opposed to a proposal that will empty the pot of money for its own showpiece. GL/PvdA, D66 and SP are calling for extra money to alleviate the cell shortages, but the financing comes from, among other things, the constitutional court that NSC wants so badly. The PVV also finds it an 'interesting proposal', which means that a majority is in sight.
