EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) - The teenager accused in the hit-and-run death of a prominent Eau Claire marathon runner entered pleas of not guilty.  According to Dunn County Court records, two new charges were filed against 17-year-old Addison Bowell of Menomonie.
