"Not Every Bird Is Allowed to Block the Residential Area – Hubertz Wants Development Plans in Two Months

Minister of Construction Verena Hubertz (SPD) wants to speed up construction considerably. Currently, it takes five years until there is a development plan. By changing the procedure, the time is to be reduced to two months. The government thus gives "a crowbar in the hands of the municipalities".
